Resumption Of Issuing Certificate and Transcripts for 2018/2019 Graduands


The student will download and print the form with the details of the certificate which will be presented at the gate before being allowed access. If there is an error on the certificate details, the student will be able to make request online for the correction. Those who had submitted the manual certificate collection forms before the closure of the University will have to request via email for a scanned copy to be used as a gate pass.

  1. Initiate certificate collection. Student’s need to register on this link.
    Fill in the form and click submit.
  2. Once filled, your request will be sent to the relevant departments. You should then receive a SMS notification within 2 working days on the progress of your request.
  3. After you receive the SMS notification click on the link to check your progress and generate the clearance form/gate pass. If you have any claims, it be indicated, kindly carry the total and pay when you come on the university premises.
  4. Print the report and sign. Attach your ID/passport copy and don’t forget to carry the originals. You should also come with your university student ID, if you have lost your ID, you will pay at the cash office and attach the receipt.

It is proposed that the issuing of certificates resumes for the remaining groups as from mid-September 2020 to enable adequate preparations. The table below shows the proposed timelines for each group.
